[al principio]

Princess Pea lived in the land beyond far far away,
actually so far that it is rather close.
Her home was by the shore,
and from the dawn to dusk the
air was filled with the ever-so-pleasant
sounds and smells of the sea.
By daylight she looked like a rather
ordinary girl,  though if you looked closely enough
you could see a such an extravagantly unordinary
beauty about her that it was easy to loose a sense
of time or direction.
By night, soon after all light of those last rays of sun
have fallen behind the curtain of horizon
and two bright evening stars had lit on the north
sky,
her appearance would have reminded you more
of one of those paradise bird, with colors
of a rainbow printed on it's feathers
but still somehow white as moonlight.

[monday]

These mondays, they just keep on coming.
Again, facing something new, new arena
to speak to be visible, to step in a new hight
- a monday week ago feels like a dream,
was I there, did I speak,
were the seeds sown watered,
will it grow,
and today a new challenge,
I wish I could have someone to translate for me
my own language, just to keep my back,
Father, I trust in you today,
deliver me,
let us climb this mountain.

[another perfect]

I found again a perfect dress,
this time also got to try it on.
I thought it was a perfect, perfect fit,
like custom-made, and felt so nice on.
One day, some day.  :)

Here the image of the dress, Avenna Dress by Hugo Boss Orange
//Updated 4|4|2012, I now own that dress. :)

[when all the the colors are golden]

when honey formed a bunny in my cup of tea
(and this is a true story)
i gave in for the reality
bright march light wipes the windowsills clean
and project tasks fills my desktop
memory of giggles tickles my cheeks
and i enjoy the feeling of breathing in and out
in the capacity given for today.
refuse to grief what is missing but love the day,
fully present
and so much more coming.

[Lent]

I wanted to say to a friend that they should try this, when for some reason a lot they expressed seemed to be oozing self-pity. But then, didn't want it to be a "Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, ‘Brother, let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when you yourself fail to see the plank in your own eye?" moment. So,
If I haven't found anything yet you would want to fast from during this Lent season, how about we try fasting from any fear, self-pity, despair, shame, anger, jealousy and bitterness. Fast from the pauper mentality. I don't think self-pity is a good way to catch anyone's attention, it feels like begging doesn't it. No matter how beautiful it might look, it echoes desperation, not royalty. We were made royalty, we should be known for our ability to see the bright side, to speak life into situations, to promote wellbeing, to give thanks in every circumstance, and I want to make this decision, that from now on, I want to promote this culture of honor and royalty. Days of orphans are over. Let's love ourselves as we love our neighbors.

Let us ladies be the good and gentle queens that turn from our own troubles to loving and receiving love.
It's proven harder than you think. But so possible! Because, you are worth it!
