Not much I could say would do justice to this epic. Oddly moving, at times visually almost overwhelming, Film that asks more than answers with questioning that is almost too deep to not to feel pretentions at times, but such an experience. It has class, it has style and it is sweet for the eyes. If you want/need to understand all the time what is going on and talk during the film, do not watch this with me, but if you are fine with perceiving and observing and enjoying the experience, yes please.

It's Kind of a Funny Story
Shortly: A clinically depressed teenager gets a new start after he checks himself into an adult psychiatric ward. This movie played up to it's title, it was funny, it was different, it gave nice enjoyment to your typical film night when you don't want to watch anything too deep but regular hollywood comedy doesn't quite cut it. We laughed and there was moving and serious bits in it, with rather realistic teenage love story. Recommended, if you want to watch something fun, kind, humane and thought-provoking.

Inglorious Basterds Now, not sure whether it was the fact that I watched it in high fever and sleep high, but really liked this film. Second World War is one of the most interesting periods in our recent history, and I find stories set in that period of time often fascinating. Like in Kill Bill - series, Tarantino paints visually beautiful, intriguingly deep questioning about motives of human mind, about selfishness, revenge, humiliation, love and identity. All that would make it better is to cut away the most absurd scenes of violence, now I had to close my eyes few times too many (I believe a lot could be told without, don't really want to fill my corneas with some of this imaginary.) Visually stunning, well carried story line, pulsating moments of humour and questions that allow you to look into darkness of human mind and soul. Ps. Love the costume design, dresses and shoes that women were in this film :)
